Robin M. Maher is Director of the American Bar Association Death Penalty Representation Project in Washington, DC.  She works to improve the quality and availability of defense counsel in capital cases in the U.S. and internationally through training, education, reform, and recruitment of counsel.  Robin is also an adjunct professor of law.
