Judge John R. Tunheim is a U.S. District Court Judge in Minnesota. He was Chairman of the U.S. Assassination Records Review Board. Judge Tunheim has worked extensively in Kosovo regarding development of the constitution in Uzbekistan concerning criminal law procedure development, and in south Asia with the United Nations Executive Directorate on Counter Terrorism. He has taught federal and state constitutional law as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Minnesota Law School.
